Cosmetic Surgery

People have cosmetic surgery for all kinds of reasons and this is performed by both the NHS and private hospitals.  However, just because you have paid for a cosmetic procedure, say a breast augmentation, tummy tuck or even laser eye surgery, it does not mean that you should expect anything other than first rate treatment and care.

Unfortunately, such procedures can go wrong and if they do there can be considerable pain and discomfort, together with the occasional need for further reconstructive surgery.

If you have undergone a procedure and it has not been performed to the requisite standard then you may have a claim for compensation.  If you procedure was performed privately then you could also recover the cost of your treatment.
